Carmel Limo Service did not pick them up at the airport and canceled 30 minutes before pick up time due to not having a vehicle, nor did they transport them to the airport because they said the clients would have to upgrade because the mini van reserved would not accommodate 2 adults, 2 children, 4 carry on size suitcases and 4 backpacks, which the clients could have held in their lap.”
